mental training and support for athletes, performers, and high-achievers

What the mind believes, the body can achieve.

What is Sport and Performance Psychology?

Sport & Performance Psychology is the science of helping people perform at their best when it matters most. It explores how your mind, your emotions, and your environment influence performance — and how high-level performance impacts your mental well-being.

It’s not just for elite athletes. This approach supports:

  • Professional & amateur athletes

  • Musicians, dancers, and actors

  • Executives and entrepreneurs

  • First responders and tactical professionals

  • Anyone striving for peak performance in a high-pressure setting

Move Your Mind equips individuals with science-backed mental skills that elevate performance, build mental toughness, and support long-term well-being. The skills we teach you benefit anyone seeking to perform with confidence, clarity, and resilience in any high-pressure field.

HOW IT WORKS

During our sessions we work together to explore your goals, identify areas for growth, and build the mental skills that help you perform at your best under pressure. Sessions can happen in a comfortable office setting, online, or right where the action is — at the field, arena, stage, or rehearsal space. In some cases, I may also observe you in performance or competition to better understand your mindset in real time. This allows us to create practical, personalized strategies you can apply immediately.

Schedule Appointment

Reach out to me by phone, text, or using the contact form. I will call you to get a general idea of your needs. Then we will choose an ideal time to meet. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation and a pre-session questionnaire.

First Performance Psychology Session

The first session is usually a little longer than the rest. We’ll meet (virtual or in-person) to get to know each other, look over your questionnaire and discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we’ll co-create a customized mental-performance roadmap.

Follow-Up Sessions and Support

Follow-up sessions are usually 45-50 minutes and build on the foundation of your first sport & performance psychology meeting. Together we’ll refine mental skills, track progress, and apply strategies. We will continue getting to know each other while focusing on learning and using new tools.

Dimensions of Wellbeing Self-Assessment

Please rank yourself on each area of wellbeing according to the scale 1 (Very Strong) to 6 (Very Weak). Only select one option for each line. This is meant to be a self-assesment, therefore it is really important that you answer based on what you feel and not what you think others feel about you.
